Please review our policies below before making a purchase. By placing an order with Blacklist Performance, you agree to these terms.

Return & Refund Policy

At Blacklist Performance, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, please review the following terms:

Restocking Fee

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, the original credit card transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is non-negotiable and applies to all returned items.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be shipped back using a trackable shipping method. Blacklist Performance is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact
  • All original hardware, instructions, and accessories must be included
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return
  • Electrical components and tuners that have been connected to a vehicle cannot be returned

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the 25% restocking fee and the credit card transaction fee.

Custom Parts Policy

Non-Refundable

All custom parts and custom-order items are non-refundable. This includes any product that is built, assembled, modified, or ordered specifically for your vehicle or application.

Custom parts are manufactured or configured to your specific requirements and cannot be resold as standard inventory. Please ensure you have the correct specifications before placing a custom order.

What qualifies as a custom part:

  • Parts built or assembled to custom specifications
  • Special-order items not normally stocked in our inventory
  • Tuning files and calibrations created for your specific vehicle
  • Modified or machined components ordered to your measurements
  • Any product marked as "Custom Order" or "Special Order" at the time of purchase

Defective Custom Parts:

If a custom part arrives defective or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through repair or replacement at our discretion. Photo documentation of the defect is required.

General Terms

Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, it is subject to the return policy above.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty Claims: Product warranties are handled through the original manufacturer. We will assist you in initiating a warranty claim, but the final decision rests with the manufacturer.
